the secure parking was a bonus.
the room was far too hot at 26c. i do not think i suffered this badly since i opted for a cheap non-ac room in bangkok. two fans were provided which meant this problem was known.

The secure entry via a keypad to both the car park and the building added a level of comfort. I appreciated the room service. It ensured a spotlessly clean environment .
The room located next to the staircase meant I heard every step and early morning noise, it was a bit disturbing..

A mini-fridge in the room contained fresh milk, orange juice, and drinking water. Complimentary tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, and biscuits were available. There is a coffee machine including pods too.

Decent Location, Disappointing Room Issues
faulty toiletbroken heating
The room had some notable issues. The toilet didn't flush properly. Only a portion of the heated towel rail worked. I found the underfloor heating in the bathroom was broken.. The main radiator was stuck on, turning the room into a sauna all night. It was pretty frustrating.
